Terms of Use

These terms cover your purchase and use of The Study and other products from Simple AI Club ("we"). By buying or using them, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

The Study is a digital file: a set of instructions that an AI assistant (currently Claude) follows to build and maintain a memory system in your own Notion account. You'll need your own Claude and Notion accounts. Free plans work.

Your license

When you buy The Study, you can use it for yourself and your household, set it up as many times as you like, and change it however you want. Please don't resell it, share the file publicly, or give it away as your own product.

How AI works (please read)

The Study guides how your AI saves and uses information. It does not control the AI. AI assistants can make mistakes, miss things, or not follow instructions every time. Your AI only acts when you open a chat. It won't send reminders on its own. For anything important, like a deadline or a birthday you can't miss, keep your own reminder too.

Other services

The Study works with services we don't own, like Claude and Notion. Your use of them is covered by their terms. They can change their features, plans or pricing at any time, and those changes can affect how The Study works. We'll do our best to keep The Study working and to send updates when we can.

Refunds

If The Study isn't for you, email hello@simpleaiclub.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Your information

What's in your Notion is yours. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you buy from us.

No warranty

The Study is provided as is. We don't promise it will be error free or meet every need, and it's not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise).

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or missed dates, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect purchases already made.
